1 /5 Jess: Every time I come in here, the ladies are terribly rude! Recently, I came in & was asked to wait for the next available person. The lady I spoke with called back to talk to whoever & I could hear her talking. "I dont know, some young girl.. she didnt want to start the paperwork... I dont know & neither does she." I understand how she could see me as young at her age, but maybe she forgets that young people usually hear better than older people. When the lady that was supposed to be setting up my account came out, she was very condescending.. talking to me like I was a child. I ended up making up some excuese & left. I dont want to do business with people who will talk down about you right to your face... or, in this case, right behind your back. This bank is clearly after one type of client..

Customer service - 5 stars....having been employed by Southland Corporation (MoneyMaker EFT services) and Southwest Securities in Dallas , TX, I can honestly offer a review that is worth considering well-thought and well earned by the staff at this bank, Founded in 1890, theyve stood the test of time. I do my homework,nobody gets a free pass as far as giving a review from myself and I rarely give a review unless I have a bad experience and in rare cases a really good one Im giving 4 stars because they arent open on Saturday....change your hours, get 5 stars.

1 /5 Brandie Foster: Wow called them over 5 hours ago, left detailed message and phone number and NO call back from them. Bet if I was owing them money they would have called me right away!!! Doesnt day much about their customer service.

5 /5 Teri Richardson: Super friendly staff. Amazing customer service. Beautiful establishment. Anytime I leave a voicemail with any business I know to give them at least 1-2 business days to return my calls. Its only reasonable and logical. Any business worth doing business with will more than likely be very busy and may find difficulty returning the call the same day. Ive never had any issues with JNB returning my calls in a practical timeframe. Love keeping my business local.

5 /5 Dee Dee Lynn: JNB is one of the best banks I have done business with. Everyone is extremely friendly and very personable. I opened a new business in February and have had nothing but the best experience banking here. Mr. Jeter and Christy Bailey are a great asset to this community!
