3 /5 Kathy Gordon: Had to cancel insurance in person. Their computers couldnt pull up Allstate . Had to have their office in Gun Barrel print cancelation paperwork and then fax to have me sign it. On multiple occasions, I have to contact Dennis via phone. NEVER ANSWERED PHONE. otherwise, service was pleasant.
