We took a form to be notarized and the lady there didnt know what to make of. She was so lost that she had to call idk who, anyways neither knew what to do about it. Very dissatisfied

1 /5 Francisca Prado: If I could give this place a 0 star I will totally not good service yes prices are okay but their customer service is horrible. They will mess up your insurance and then try to cancel your service w/ them due to their incompetence. I told the young lady my situation exactly how it was and she claims I was lying how in the world will you treat a customer in a bad way giving attitude so I gave attitude back. If you can please stay away from here I don’t recommend it they will take your money and then if there’s a mistake they will put the blame on you along with washing their hands of not causing anything.

Juan Zamora: I have been a customer for some many years if this insurance company, but was very disappointed today. I didn’t have my vin number with me to buy my insurance, but this has never been a problem before, the “agent” told me today that she couldn’t find my policy without the vin number. I asked her if she could look up my info on the file cabinets, she said yes, but in a very lazy way she glanced around the office without making a real effort and said “ I can’t find it”. I looked at her and said thank you and left very disappointed.
