1 /5 Manny Moreno: They have good customer service, but I don’t think it is right that since they don’t accept change they round off your bill to the next dollar amount. I know they are just cents but that’s ridiculous imagine how much extra money they are keeping from people because they do that to everyone. They kept 77 cents from me because they don’t accept change and they do not give you change either.

1 /5 Christina Villegas: I called to make a payment over the phone an hour before closing. The person that answered my call told me she was busy with a customer to call back in five minutes. I called back several times and nobody ever answered my call. Bad customer service if I do say so myself. I guess people stop working an hour before it’s time to close.
