Roa Mi: We have tried to open an account with this bank TWICE already, and all I got from them were excuses, which I consider are even over their right as a bank. First, they told my husband they couldnt open an account for him because hes a US resident, and not a citizen. Next time, I went, and they told me they couldnt open an account for me because I owe taxes to the county! What does that have to do with banking here??? Anyways, the good thing is I found a great bank in town that will offer their services to us without bias. ;)
