This place is rarely crowded, it’s easy access, and there is no fuss. Simple! The staff is attentive when you ask for help and when they are here they always greet you with a smile. Kayleigh has a quiet pleasant interaction with everyone here. She keeps up with the cleanliness of the gym, keeps the bathrooms clean, and keeps up with the towels to clean the machines down.
Tips if you are new: start with a 15 min workout in blast at about 120 degrees heat, with low intensity (5 low, 10 med, 15 high), for the first week and work yourself up.
