1 /5 Jeffrey Smith: I received multiple emails about a new Texas auto insurance policy being opened under progressive for me by this company. I live in Wisconsin and do not have any progressive insurance policies. I called and spoke with Brook who couldnt give me any explanation even though I provided her the policy number in question. I was supposed to receive a follow-up later that day but have not heard from them in over a week. No one answers the phone or responds to inquires. I will be filing a complaint to the Texas Department of Insurance on Tuesday Nov 5th, if this situation has not been resolved.
