1 /5 Joyce Toy: I have been waiting for over a week for a decision from the Underwriting Department. they say 24 to 48 hours but that a lie. and now I and not get a hold of anyone aver time I try to all it just goes right to voicemail are that text me saying it is still waiting for the Underwriting Department to make a decision. Thay have all the paperwork. I will not be recommending this company to know one

TOOK 3 DAYS start to finish and I got the amount I applied for. Jessica, my case manager was absolutely outstanding. I didnt have to chase her down or call several times to get a response...very professional and respectful. This was an overall great experience
