It has been 6 months with mine and multiple stones have fallen out, and nothing but horrible customer service when the owner tells you he will do anything to make it right. Nothing but a lie just so he can save money. Its sad as I like to support local, but would not recommend them to anyone.

However, recently my parents suffered a catastrophic fire and lost everything. We were able to find a few pieces of my mom’s jewelry. They were in terrible condition. I brought them to Luxor and they have been able to refinish them for lack of a better word to pristine condition. I am in awe of the talent it took to do this.
