Luckily I had the current insurance policy start date and could prove I never went with Ric Rivera. Beware slick Ric Rivera he will try and bill you for doing nothing. Midland TX please do not ask for a seeming less free home owners quote. Anyone moving into Lonestar II beware.

Izak Luna: I was hit by another motorist that was underinsured and I followed Roy’s instructions on how to go about making the claims. Statefarm then denied my claim for the remainder after the other insurance and gap paid out. Do not trust these people. They are literally liars. Now I’m having to get a lawyer for an accident that I wasn’t at fault for even though I had full coverage and gap and did EXACTLY what Roy Nelson himself instructed me to do. Do yourself a favor and look up all the lawsuits against statefarm before trusting them to insure you and be there when you need them. I wish I could give negative stars. These people disgust me. They played me a fool when I trusted them to help me resolve my accident.
