    Ruston Raybon: Ive been with Farm Bureau since I started driving over 20 years ago. In all that time all of the agents and people with Farm Bureau have been kind and accommodating every time Ive needed to speak to them. My issue is that as kind and nice as the agents are they are (in my experience) often terrible at getting anything done. For instance I submitted a receipt from a locksmith for getting my car unlocked. My agent, Mike Johnson, said hed get it taken care of. I just got reimbursed... 3 months later. That was after a dozen follow up phone calls, emails, and voice mails with mike and very little return communication. When I worked with Mike to get my home insurance adjusted it literally took 5 months... it should have taken a couple weeks, but he just wouldnt follow through with anything. I had dozens of calls, voicemails, and emails trying to get him to take care of me. Ive had similar experiences with other agents. Theyre nice, they say the right things... but nothing gets done unless you call them every week for 3 months.

    Christina De LaCruz: This is a terrible company and more than likely the majority of these reviews are fake. I’ve waited almost 3 months for them to send a claim for a car accident I had with one of their insured drivers who ran a red light, and I still have gotten nothing. I’ve asked for a manager and have gotten ignored. The business isn’t accredited by the better business bureau, and have multiple complaints filed under their name. Don’t go by these fake reviews, do your research sometimes it’s better to pay a little more for a company that will actually do their job because in the long run with companies like this one you’re still going to end up paying a lot for the worst service.
