1 /5 Josh Black: Have had insurance through Hempkins for 2 years anytime around renewal I would call wanting to talk to someone about finding a cheaper plan that would fit my needs and be greeted by the phone operator stating “we’re constantly working to find better rates and deals for our customers someone will get with you” take my info down and days, weeks go by nothing not a word from anyone. That’s weird cause i called twice and was told someone would be reaching out and also emailing me potential plans never even got anyone on the phone beside the lady at the desk. I ended up not renewing my insurance and to have it canceled on the renewal date and went with a different agent who apparently has the desire to assist me. I sure did receive an email from them once they heard i wasn’t renewing my insurance though.
