I cant even get them on the phone to cancel my insurance plan. Im literally paying for insurance I dont need and god forbid I have a question about my coverage. I would avoid this place at all costs if you like time and money but if you want to waste either or both then this is the place for you.

I was with another agent previously, who was amazing and I was transferred to her with no notice, so I guess thats how this company works. The one time I did get her to answer and discuss my rates, she promised to look into it. Then never got back to me or did the changes she said she would. Thats just my experience in the last few years with their home and auto insurance.
