Edgar called me, Raquel fed me, Amber joked with me, and Mrs Barbara took care of my renewal with ease..... So thank you Melissa Torres, as Branch Manager of a highly qualified and professional team.

1 /5 The real skeletor: This office is extremely rude. Shay, is rude, and interrupted me during a conversation. Ms. Charlotte is rude and speaks to me as if shes angry each time I speak to her. I get a feeling that they are racist towards me. I called to renew my loan because Im trying to improve my credit score. I was told by Shay that she had everything i needed and would send me the paperwork to sign. Then Edgar calls and says the paperwork is incomplete, totally different than what Shay said. I have never felt so uncomfortable with a loan company. I truly felt like I was being discriminated against. I didnt feel comfortable renewing my loan.
