Fred Loya Insurance - El Paso Saken Qaiyrbergenuly: Im seeking legal assistance after experiencing what I believe to be insurance fraud by Fred Loyas insurance adjuster, E. McKinney. On February 7, 2024, I was involved in a car accident that wasnt my fault, and Fred Loyas insurance company accepted liability for repairing my vehicle. However, I faced two disadvantages that the adjuster used against me: my lack of experience with the claims process and my limited English proficiency (I still use translation technology to write texts in English).
Despite my repeated inquiries about rental expenses while my car was in the body shop, Fred Loyas company only paid $186 for rental expenses, leaving me to cover the remaining costs out of pocket. In the final stages of the claim, the adjuster asked me to sign a Release of Property Damage Claims paper, which I did, but not before asking about reimbursement for rental expenses. She told me to contact the rental department, but failed to mention that signing the paper would prevent me from seeking further reimbursement.
I believe the adjuster intentionally withheld this information and scammed me. I never received written notice that rental expenses were not covered, and the Release paper was confusing and lacked any mention of rental expenses. I understand that insurance companies are not charities, but taking liability should mean honoring all related expenses. I consider the adjusters actions a deliberate and visible fraud.
Im willing to work with any attorney who can help me with this issue and potentially join a class action lawsuit.
