Law Offices of Brady L. Pendleton - Stephenville Bailey Groves: I’ve resisted posting this review for over a year, but I can’t shake the frustration of how poorly my case was handled. After winning a small claims case, the opposing party appealed and hired an attorney. Wanting to be prepared, I hired Brady and provided him with everything—organized records, photos, and documentation that had already won once before.
It was clear early on that Brady was distracted and preoccupied. I had to repeatedly follow up just to get updates as court dates were postponed again and again. When we finally appeared in court, Brady opened by telling the judge he “had places to be by noon,” which set the tone for how rushed and careless he was.
He never questioned the other party. He didn’t object a single time, even when it was necessary on several occasions. Most importantly, he failed to submit even one piece of the critical evidence I had provided—evidence that was absolutely essential to my case. It was a complete flop and, in my opinion, pure negligence.
In the end, I represented myself better the first time around than Brady ever did with a law degree. Save yourself the money and disappointment—don’t use Brady.
