G Isaacs: I read the reviews of others and I am wondering if we dealt with the same people. Angie is short and dismissive. I asked for a reprice and got emailed a quote from a company Ive never heard of with no follow up. Just an email with "call us if you want to proceed". I cancelled the policies we had with them and went with another local agent for savings and an experience in which I didnt feel like I was bothering them. Look elsewhere.
Ben Matteson: Excellent. Superior customer service experience. I just got off the phone with Justin. My wife wanted me to do some comparison shopping because our home insurance renewal premium had gone up significantly. First try, reached Justin. Went over the details with him and he told us to keep our existing policy and why. And because of the way our existing insurer handled independent agents, he couldnt be our agent for this policy. So, giving us the right answer cost him money. And hed probably say that was no big thing, but in so many areas of our lives, our business relationships are plagued with a lack of trustworthiness. So I now find myself genuinely disappointed that he cant be our agent. And I cant believe I wasted this much time not working with an independent insurance agent. I will call them again next year to review things and see if theres a better deal.
