Leeann Salinas: This was my ring on 10-28-24. It was only 1 diamond was missing. When i took it to get an estimate to resize it today 10-29-24 3 diamonds are missing!! They stole 3 diamonds off of my ring!!! They took my ring from me for 5 minutes to get an estimate from some old man sitting in the corner & now 3 of my diamonds are missing!!! Worse place to go! I do not recommend them!! They even wanted to Charge me to add the missing diamond back on. To only see 3 are missing. I have the paperwork from the pawnshop i bought it at. To show it says missing 1 diamond!

Not only for repairs, not only for great prices, not only for a great selection, but great ideas and customer service. Jesse helped me customize gifts for my husband, my father and my sons. My husband bought me gifts from Jesse as well. Even when my sons came of age, they bought from him as well. I wish we lived close enough, weve yet to find anyone as good or fair as Jesse in Gold Works. Highly recommend.
