1 /5 Jon Walden: Horrendous. I’m paying over $100 a month for the highest speed which is “advertised” as 12 MBps. I consistently get no better than 6. Along with that there are regular drops in service during peak hours. Worst of it though was when they were completely down for 2 weeks and did absolutely nothing to credit their customers back for not providing ANY service. I will be changing providers at my earliest convenience.

5 /5 So Amazed: GOCO Wireless has been providing great internet service to our home. Installation was done quickly after our initial call (They came out the next day, as I recall). The speed has been great, and the cost is very reasonable. The owners and staff have been friendly and knowledgeable. We are happy that they are a local company, and are so easy to contact.

1 /5 Wade Fuqua: Do not understand any circumstances use this Wi-Fi! Horrible price, horrible speed. Shouldnt even exist. Get Resound!

1 /5 Duane Martin: Terrible internet and terrible customer service. Stay away from them. Internet down often - and they always blame it on lightning (or lightening as they call it, lol!). When the internet is up, it is extremely inconsistent. I had the "up to 12 mps" service, which is close to $100 per month, and I was lucky to get 7 mps. Some days I was getting less than 1 mps. Its so annoying when you are streaming something and it is constantly buffering! When I called, they promised to get a "tech" in touch with me. Well that "tech" never called me back. I spoke to Sharon in the office multiple times over a two week period and she assured me that the "tech" would call. Well they never did. Finally I cancelled the service. They didnt even care that they lost a customer.

5 /5 Joey Flores: Great customer service and response to any issues I may have with my service. Aside from the occasional "acts of God" that occur and the system goes down, the speed of my internet and reliability are excellent.
