1 /5 t h: This agency needs to learn customer service skills. I called twice. Both times I was put on hold on of 10 minutes, and eventually I just hung up. Guess they dont need the money. They most certainly wont be getting mine.

5 /5 Angel Whitfield: I really want to take a moment to appreciate Matt, Celeste was very misleading when I called and spoke with her yesterday. She was willing to take and extra 150.00 dollars out of my pocket. I was under the assumption that I was within my policy extension. She not only lied and told me that I had 8 days ( really 10) , and the terminology she used was making me think my account was wayyyyyy overdue. Instead of my 99.00 she was going to raise my policy 150.00 monthly and a down re-down payment of 249.00! Wow, but thank you MATT for knowing your work!! I was able to make my regular monthly payment. My advice is do not deal with her, because she is going to take your money!! THESE 5 STARS GO TO MATT AND HIS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

There can be a wait sometimes, but they keep it moving at a good pace, greet you by name, and will listen to you if you have questions and/or concerns. Last but not least, they always check all options to get you the best rate they can find, without dropping the quality of the policy!

5 /5 K H: Garland Insurance is located in a small building and when you walk through the door you will see a plain Jane no frills office setting which I consider great because you dont feel like your going to have a lot of added costs to your policy to cover expensive office decor. It has the feel of a "working mans" insurance company.
