    Maxine Bazan: Had the worst service never felt so mistreated about receiving a withdrawal, The employees and management could have gave a answer that they couldnt help me . They wasted my day at this bank. They were so unprofessional. As if they need more training at this bank . I call other prosperty bank if they can help me out they said they can as long as I had my social security card id with my paper id also. When I call to ask them a question the employee yelled at me didnt allow me to speak was very rude. Hate I would have to go to this bank with employees like that there.

    THEDUELDOOD EXE: I have only ever had 4 disputes with my account and they always make the argument like it’s my fault. I’ve been banking with them from 2019 and to this day they never helped me once also they don’t have tap pay, the cards are low quality. I remember my rent went up to 800$ and the person in charge of my account wanted me to call everytime just to increase my spending limit just to pay my rent.

    Sandra Chapa: I been with this bank for.many years and they were always good but ice had sone issue with fraud and tried to see if I can make claim to get my money back. They said they cant do nothing about it & I been with them for so many years and this is how they thank me. If I can get this issue resolved then afterwards I will be closing this account.
