1 /5 Torshell Jackson: I called and guess I had a misunderstanding of the effect date which was my bad but I was emailing Alexus Casias who assisted me and she was very rude told be I better be lucky she didn’t charge me to make changes to my policy with never stated it would be a charge when speaking to her she replied in email nonprofessional ! Marks like she was yelling. This is not how you talk to customer I do not recommend this location or agent to anybody. I will be sharing the review review across all platforms and forwarding to my family in that area to not be service at this location or by her if you want to be treated with respect this ain’t the agent!
