In addition she left a voice message telling me that he needed to pay his insurance bill to avoid cancelation. When I called to tell her that I paid it a few days earlier she said it wasnt her who had called even though she left the message that clearly stated her name. Stay away from her and document everything if you deal with this agency.

So I then contacted their parent company connect insurance and requested cancelation and a refund, but when I received the check it was only for $36.50. The amount of incompetence is unbelievable, thank god I never had to actually make a claim I cant imagine the headache that would have been... Avoid these two companies, any amount you think you may be saving isnt worth it...
