I originally called to speak with a different rep whose last name I didnt have; 1st Rocio tried to find out the rep but I told her that I would not mind her assisting me at all seeing that she sounded so bubbly. I needed to add a vehicle which she immediately sent me a quote and she even checked to see how else I may receive a lower rate. We went over the coverages and the rates and I chose which was best for me. Rocio is very personable and got the job done. I am satisfied. Thank you
