2 /5 Heidi Delangel: Stopped by Store around 4:30pm was closed during business hours made a call to the store to see the store was open or close There was a young lady at her desk which I’m assuming she was the one that answered my call as I was asking her if the store was closed or open she went on and hung up on me, this is not good business nor having good customer service.

As someone that operates within the insurance arena, Im not naive to the customer service expectations. I attempted to speak with her and provide insight on her overtalking me and not being an effective communicator then she started attempting to cause an scene by raising her voice and yelling at me stating I was yelling at her.
I disconnected the call prior to her calling back and then saying I dont know what your problem is with me and I literally advised her to please just listen and stop speaking over me then she proceeded to continue to do so and then disconnected.
She also told me to Call Progressive and complain all you Like....
Yeah Im very close to opening a complaint with the state of Texas insurance department.
