1 /5 Dr. Anthony Frenette: I had a consultation with Mr. Freeman of Freeman Law in Frisco on Thursday, May 8th, during which we discussed the complex details of my legal matter. He seemed engaged at the time and requested supporting documents to review the case further. I followed up promptly with everything he asked for.
What followed was radio silence.
Despite three phone calls (two of which were answered by a receptionist who assured me Mr. Freeman would follow up), and three emails (two to his direct email and one to the firm’s general inbox), I have not received a single response, not even a courtesy reply.
To be clear: I was never officially a client, but a prospective client seeking representation. I approached this firm in good faith, with urgency and trust, hoping for professionalism and guidance. What I received instead was complete disregard, no follow-up, and a total lack of communication. Out of 32 reviews leading to an over all 4.9, I expected much more.
Even a simple “we’ve decided not to take the case” would have been better than this level of indifference.
If this is how Freeman Law treats people before they’re even clients, I shudder to think how they might handle time-sensitive matters after a retainer is signed.
Extremely unprofessional and, frankly, disrespectful.
