5 /5 Thomas Choi: Ive been to this gym since May this year (2024), received personal training from Crystal and got solid results, more than I expected. Ive had one to two sessions per week, started with a 10 session package. My goal was to get a good routine/gym habit without any injury. Crystal gave personalized sessions, checking how my body feels and would mold each workout around it.
The workout program she provided for the days without PT was personalized, and reflected what she knew of me through the sessions, so I could trust it more than other workout programs online.
Each session with her, I would learn new points that I can apply on my future exercises on my own. The gym is kept clean and has a nice relaxing vibe. After my first 10, I got the 20, and now am doing the 30 personal training sessions with her.
