Srinivas Gunturu: No hot or warm water in showers for two months now. This sign has been there on and off for the past two months. Every time I ask at the front desk about when it will be fixed, they just point to this sign and do not bother to even provide a proper response. Reached out to the general manager last week. Got a response that it will be fixed, but no date. I guess they just expect us to wait. Can’t wait for the location in Lakeway to open so I can stop coming to this location.
