Austin Finance Company - Longview TheGoldenAge: Austin Finance mailed a loan check which I deposited into my Chase checking account. A few days later Austin Finance cancelled the check. The requirement was to write all of my private information on the back of the check, which Austin Finance now has including my SSN, birth date, phone numbers, etc. I feel that Austin Finance PHISHED for my private financial data by teasing me with a check which they didnt allow to be funded. I am a few days away from filing a police report if Austin Finance does not send me a letter explaining this odd behavior in detail, and who was responsible for the decision to take note of my good credit file and then target me for more of my private data.
