John Darville: Julie has provided excellent attention to my investments for over 10 years. Even with the recent inflation created downturn my average return over the life of my investments is still a very respectable amount. Julie can be counted on to always respond promptly to any question, suggestion or concern I might have.

Kenneth Waggoner: Absolutely insane bank. Last month I got my payments confused due to being sick and wrote the check for my car payment $1.58 short. They have now spent $20 to $30 dollars sending out letters and phone calls letting me know I was $1.58 short last month and I better pay up. What a joke, glad I dont have bank account there, they would probably lose it somehow.

Aymee Paulke: I always come to this financial center! Since I came to open my account I only had good experiences. The only thing is the hours changed to close at 4 pm I preferred the hours before for the ATM

Truist - Odessa
K Lewis: Registered and funded an account online since there isnt a branch in my state. Truist closed the account two days later. Contacted customer service to find out why and was told I needed to visit a branch to provide identification. I again explained Im no where near a branch and asked if there was an alternate method to verify ID. To send via email, document upload, etc. The representative stated no, the only way to verify identification is at a branch. When I asked about my funds in the account, she said she didnt see any money. I corrected her immediately and told her "SunTrust" debited the funds because its on my bank statement. Trust purchased SunTrust and clearly hasnt updated the name but the money left my account. Navy Federal also confirmed Truist withdrew the funds. Trust continued to say they didnt receive any funds and they couldnt reopen the accounts. So I filed a fraud dispute with Navy Federal against Truist.
