5 /5 Rachel Peacock: I have been with First Basin, MCCU, it was at the MCH location which is now the Parking garage, funny huh, but I like there are several locations, the fun lunch box give aways. There was a time if the lines were long you would be handed a bottle of water or cold soda. I wasn’t able to get a large loan, but I was able to get small loans from time to time. I always felt like it was a small community and they knew you name, it’s changed a bit in that category, but still friendly.

5 /5 Anita Guinn: I have never had any bad experience with the Credit Union. I began using MCH Credit Union when it was in the basement of the hospital. I have watched it grow through the years. I have always received friendly professional service.

3 /5 Brian Couch: Banking software is good. Fraud protection is good. I Do Not Recommend for getting loans from. They are slow, bad rates even if you’re a long term member with a good credit score and income. Told me I was a credit risk with an 800+ credit score and almost enough in my account to cover the requested loan.
