    Faith Lewis: If i could rate a zero star I would. My car accident was in 2022 and i didnt find end to my issues until july of this year 2024. I had zero contact with them after I signed the paperwork. At first jackie was great but I had to do alot of the information gathering for them. Then when actual agreements came around to pay me out, they took their percentage before paying out my bills and still receiving bills from said accident that werent covered. Out of said 30k i recoeved 2.6k AND THE CHECK WAS STILL WRITTEN OUT IN MY MAIDEN NAME NOT MARRIED SO IT TOOK LONGER FOR MY CHECK TO BE CASHED. Spoke to their hr guy who promised me it would be in the right name, graycie was the absolute worst, condescending and rude as well as a flat out terrible case manager. I wish I had never used them to help me in my car accident.

I felt comfortable with all of the associates that worked on my case. Whenever I had a question or an issue of missing information with immigration Rogelio would call back to answer my questions, also he took care of sending that missing information. Literally it was just a waiting game after we sent everything needed. Every case is different, but I didnt even need the biometrics nor an interview everything was super fast!!!
