1 /5 Courtney Galindo: Gave me a Great quote, paid my down payment next thing I know my insurance was canceled due to them not having pictures of one of my vehicles, WHICH was in the shop. The lady asked me to give her an address to where the vehicle was located I provided her with that, I called the owner of the shop who said she could come on by that following Monday she never showed. Next thing I know I ask her if she got the pictures, she tells me No and that I was suppose to have sent her pictures. Not only that..... she tells me my insurance had been canceled due to not having pictures. I drove around for 3 days and had NO idea I didn’t have insurance!!!!! Even with the cheaper insurance quote they gave me I thought I would pay the extra money and go back to my old insurance company where I knew I didn’t have to go through all that. The lady was nice BUT you can’t blame the costumer.
