For whatever reason, my (now former) insurance agent was not in the office and I could not reach anyone at his office. A bit frustrating to say the least. I needed to cancel my insurance on the old vehicle and get insurance on my new vehicle. Misty at Fellers Insurance got me in right away, found me the best rate and even helped me bundle it with my renters insurance for additional savings. She was professional, friendly and I could tell she truly appreciated my business. I highly recommend their office for your insurance needs! I can now drive my new ride with peace of mind. 1 /5 Chad Bridges: I will be moving my business to another agency. This place is great when you are a new or new-ish customer. As years go by though they forget all about you. Never ha e I been contacted to see if I am still happy with my policies and when you reach out to them to get updated quotes or ask them to reinvestigate for possible updated savings, you will be treated almost as if you are a burden or how dare you take up their time with such a request. Not to mention being condescended to when you ask about the current climate of rate increases. By all means...use their agency for up to 3 years. After that....start looking elsewhere. I was I had been smart enough to do that. So after 9 years I will be saying goodbye to Fellers. Especially since I recently got a much lower policy quote on exactly the same coverage.

1 /5 Norma Mobley: June, 2023 I found Fellers Ins. from a trusted friend of over 40 years. & was routed to Matt Henderson @ Progressive. He was quickly able to quote home & auto insurance rates that were reasonable at the time. He was patient, polite & informative. A good group to consider for your needs. Dec. 2024 UPDATE, my agent (Matt Henderson) has refused to call me back or send requested prices , or respond to text messages I have sent, for weeks now. Guess the honeymoon phase is over. I strongly advise not going with any other Progressive group, because you may have a similar staff issue.
