3 /5 Shelia Smith: Takes their time getting an adjuster to come out and inspect house for damage. The adjuster we had acted like he could have cared less. Also takes awhile to get check to pay for damages. Paris Texas office employee so nice and understands but its not their fault. Kudos to them
