1 /5 Kenneth Hannah: Gave them my money for approaching 20 years. Never made a single claim; not one. In my opinion they threw me under a bus over a couple hundred dollars that required nothing more than a simple billing resolution. Thankfully corporate saw it that way and forgave the debt, but the damage was already done, and it cost me significantly out of pocket. The only advice I can offer, is run, run, and run.
