She explains things clearly and doesnt rush you around, which Ive sadly experienced with other big name insurance companies. Thomas was also very friendly. 1 /5 T Rob: AVOID!!! RUN!!! I’ve just been through a nightmare with them. I was quoted an amount for my Homeowners Insurance in December. After many quotes, and based on that quote, I went with them. NOW THREE MONTHS LATER, I can’t figure out why so many transactions and extra money is coming out of my escrow account. I called the agent and found out he has already credited and rebilled my policy three times. Never a phone call. No communication. I was getting checks from the insurance group and didn’t know why. It was due to the twice credit and rebills. And NOW……oops. His comment to me was: “oops, I forgot to check a box”. My policy is an ADDITIONAL $400! RUN, DON’T WALK FROM THESE FOLKS!!!! They DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR QUOTES AND WILL CHANGE THE AMOUNT WITHOUT TELLING YOU!

Had bought a small brand moped, very hard to find coverage anywhere, but Kayla stepped up to the challenge and got me affordable coverage within 20 min!! Was able to drive and pick up my documents within less then a hour of the phone call. 10/10 would recommend

I am not usually a high maintenance customer but I have had a lot of transitions going on in my life which has required several changes with my policies. For instance, in the matter of three days my son’s car went from being fully insured to rated as stored to being sold so the policy ended. Then we had to add a new policy for a new car on the 4th day. Marcie Henderson has always been cheerful in her interactions with me. I can call her or text her, and she gets right back to me. She is amazing! The customer service is top notch! Bonus is that I saved money when I switched to Farmer’s after being with my old company for five years.
