1 /5 Consepcion Gonzalez: I was with them for 5 years and the one time I actually made a claim after someone hit my car, I was ignored. When I went into the office to speak with someone they claimed they did not know why the claim was ignored. They still did nothing to help me. Just some incompetent, lazy people here. Find a different agent somewhere else! (State Farm seems to be on top of it, look into them for your insurance needs.)

brian black: Ive had these guys around 3 years. Got recommended to them by a friend at work but he has a different office. This review is only for the waxahachie office. My first agent was a really great person and helped me out a lot. Got into a wreck and didnt really know what to do as far as insurance and all. I called him up and he answered. Told me he wasnt working with farm bureau anymore but hed gladly would help. Thats the service I first was welcomed with. The agent that followed him was honestly harder to get a hold of than a wet bar of soap. I needed something looked into on my policy because farm bureau was saying they were gonna drop my truck. Couldnt ever get a hold of the office or the agent. Finally had to call the office in ennis for assistance. I even had to take a day off work to go up there and talk to them. And still had no answer. Said theyd call and never did. Terrible service. Submitted a request to cancel my insurance through the ennis branch and they emailed my agent (because I couldnt contact them) and was never canceled. Here i am again, having to leave work early to cancel something that should be able to be done over a call or email.
