During the recent hail storms, our property got affected and Ann made sure that our property got inspected and claims got filed eventhough we were not in town. Ann and Denise in Ann’s office kept updating us through phone and emails about scheduling qualified roofer for inspection and during the whole process of filing claims. Overall the claim process was very smooth, efficient, quick and transparent. We would highly recommend Ann Anderson as Insurance agent for anyone.
