All they want to do is increase the number of claims associated with their policies. Had an accident and we were not at fault and were not asking Farmers for anything, just letting them know (as required) we were involved. All they did was open a claim, which we were not asking for and would show up on our record. After finally getting the claim closed (after repeated attempts) they did absolutely NOTHING to help us. WE had to do all the calling, etc. to get anything done. I thought insurance companies were supposed to help their insured, even if they were not liable.
We cancelled our auto and home owner policies and will not even consider Farmers in the future. We went back to our previous carrier and actually saved money.
This office is not about customer service, only the almighty buck.
