1 /5 James Goulden: After many years of service from this agency, our policy was up for renewal. After providing the information and waiting for a quote, we were never contacted. This went on for two months. Only after reaching out after a fair amount of time were we informed that the company was not renewing our policy and they had no solution. No call, no email. No idea we had no insurance. Just a link shared to Progressive so we could go somewhere else. Which was good advice. We will be going someplace else.
