Legend Bank Bonham - Bonham Zach Westbrook: I’ve never dealt with a more incompetent bank. I called ahead to ask if I could cash a business check—was told “yes, just bring something showing you own the business.” I show up with everything they asked for, and suddenly it’s a whole different story. Now they say they can’t cash it. They tell me to go get the customer to rewrite the check with my name on it, which I do, and they still won’t cash it.
Nobody seems to know their job or their own policies. Every person has a different answer, and none of them can actually get anything done. It’s a headache and a waste of time.
This bank makes life difficult for the average customer and has absolutely no consistency or competence. I would never bank here or recommend anyone else to. Total joke.
