Danny Gold: The gym has a super friendly staff. It has a lot of space, and is clean with good equipment. I would not recommend for people in town for a short period of time. One month membership rate is over $70, and that does not include tanning. Also, Replacement key cards are $20, even if you just paid $70 for a one month membership.

I have always been back and forth on my fitness journey and never really felt like I fit in at the gym. Vital has definitely changed that with its welcoming environment and amazing community. From the coaches to the people at the gym it definitely is a positive and embracing community. I have made some amazing friends at Vital who push me to be a better version of myself. I love the support from the coaches to push and believe in yourself even when you don’t. It doesn’t matter where you are in your fitness journey they meet you were you are at and build on that foundation.
