Sherina Garcia: Corbin, manager, gave personal attention and was patient with me in my situation. I’ve not been to many gyms, but I liked the sectioned areas. Like the stretching area. I like the app that helped with workouts. It helped me with my form as well. I liked the spa area. The hydro massage chairs even have digital books you can read while relaxing. My favorite song that played overhead was Golden from K-Pop Demon hunters. I think some additional paper towel holders in certain areas would be helpful for cleaning purposes. And more hand cleansers to help maintain cleanliness. But I was pleasantly impressed with my experience. Give them a try if you are interested in starting your fitness journey, or are already on that path. Overall great experience.

Ailyn Cerda: Purchased the kids club since I just started my membership. The first time when signing my son up I asked if there was cameras and the lady made a bad face and said no, which is no big deal it was just out of curiosity. Within 15 minutes of our workout they said our presence was needed and when I came in the lady had my son sitting on the chair for about 10 minutes and he was crying hysterically. I was told because one of his toys accidentally hit another kid. I get it if they are hitting but if it is an accident and to hold him down is not right. I do not recommend this kids club.

Andrew Lazo: This gym is great, Ive been coming here for months. They have some pretty unique machines as in the back extension cable machine, plate loaded lateral raise machine, and 3 squat racks. They have so much more but the price is fantastic for a warehouse gym, the big fans are very useful with the massive open garage doors for fresh air and the best for last, this Gym doesnt get packed no matter the time. Only 3 negatives. I hate the music options, Im fine with most genres, but Pop is not a great warehouse gym vibe. The incline bench and pec deck are awkward to use. The bench has a random 4 inch gap close to the lower back and I hate it. The pec deck is very wide, usually you can bring the arms closer or further away but they are set in a far away position.

Karina Alfaro: Coach Eddie is great! He is very patient and constantly encourages you to work hard at reaching your goals. He creates an environment where you feel safe and comfortable even as a beginner. I am very happy to have started my fitness journey with a personal trainer like him!

Lindsay Woollums: Had my free class on Monday. It was a good workout and the coach/members were friendly enough. However, I wanted another class to confirm if I was going to get a membership. Went on Friday, and the lady at the desk and the other members were again friendly, but the coach was...unimpressive. We were on the treadmill and shes acting more like a timekeeper than a coach. She was in the background just dancing to the music until her next timed instruction. No motivating, no encouragement, no form suggestions (wait, she did say "use your hips", which could be glutes anyway?). For the all-out finish, I tried to switch between walking and jogging to personalize my workout more, and she yelled at me multiple times saying that wasnt allowed "because of the challenge"? Even the other members were confused. Talking with her after class did not give a better reason. On the rower, I saw others (and felt myself) using more arms than legs and would have been an easy form correction for us, but she did not notice. For the floor exercises, she demonstrated two of them wrong and finished with "but you get the idea". She wasnt watching any of us to make sure we were doing them properly either. At the end, she just put the stretches on the board and started talking about her kids. No demonstration or explanation of them. Pretty disappointing workout all around. Given $180 a month for their unlimited membership, I expect better coaches than a glorified timekeeper and slide presenter.

Jennifer Mendoza: I swear Alexya has like 10 eyes! When you think she isn’t looking, she goes right over to fix your form or tells you to add more weight. She is a super woman, one I admire dearly. She is not only a coach, but a mom, business owner, model (a human Barbie). What I love the most is how she makes working out creative, it’s never the same boring workouts. It’s like she can extract 10 different workouts from 1 machine! And I love that, it made all the difference from me going to a gym vs. her studio. The 50 minute drive from my house to her gym and waking up at 4:30am, Monday-Thursday, was worth every bit of it.

Samantha Lowe: I was looking for something new because this gym no longer has zumba. I gave kickboxing a try. Jesus, the instructor is AWESOME! Hes inspiring, pushes me but is so kind to my development. If I cant do the full movement, he reminds me to listen to my body and encourages me that Ill do better next time and that its okay. I never dont sweat and I feel so alive its crazy! 10/10 recommend!

Erica Simon: Apex gym is great! The staff is fantastic. My trainer is amazing. I am so grateful to him and all of the time and focus I feel that he puts in to make sure that I progress steadily. I really like the environment of the gym. Each area has its own feel. It is definitely a place that draws you in. I love it.
