I was genuinely shocked by her behavior. This was my first encounter with such rudeness since arriving in Paris, and it left a very negative impression. I’m sharing this because I believe all customers deserve to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. If this is considered acceptable customer service, it’s truly concerning.
