1 /5 Eric Reiter: Called to get a quote. I was constantly put on hold. When the girl can back on the phone, told me the were too busy to be able to talk to me and would need to call me back. If they are that busy they dont need my business. The girl who answered the phone did not seem to know anything. I called another agent who was able to assist me. I dont recommend you even call this place.

Let me tell you they were so nice and informative when they presented the auto and home coverages to me. They gave me the whole break down. If anyone in Richmond is looking for insurance you definitely want to contact this office. They are definitely there to help.
