Luna and Koko Jewelry - Wichita Falls
James Avery Artisan Jewelry - Georgetown
Michael Morris: The staff at this location have gone above and beyond for me! My 93 year old grandmother broke her ring finger and could no longer wear her engagement ring. After working with Kristy, she was able to find/order a 14K gold charm-holder necklace and exchange it for a longer chain so my grandmother could remove it more easily. My grandmother came to tears when she saw it. I would have paid twice what I did, just to see how happy it made her. This small gesture made such a difference to me that I will only shop at this location from now on. Truly thank you to Kristy, Debbie and the James Avery staff in Georgetown for your help and everything you did for me. You all are nothing short of amazing!
Bandy Jewelers - Georgetown
Jane Daniel: The man working there is very rude and degrading. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been in business. That doesn’t mean you can throw your hands up in the air and call a grown woman a ā€œgirlā€ and then walk away while I’m still standing at the counter. If you couldn’t do what I was asking you to do, you should have just said so politely. I brought in three watches that needed new batteries. I didnt necessarily want all of the batteries changed at once. I asked him to change out whichever one would be quickest because I only had 15-20 mins and Id bring the other watch(es) back another time. I was getting ready to go out of town and only needed one working watch. I was the only customer in the store at the time. Basically, he wanted to do all three or none and wanted me to leave the watches with him and come back which I told him I could not do. He wouldnt even change out ONE battery for me while I waited. Maybe my request was challenging but I dont think it was unrealistic and I definitely didnt deserve the treatment I got from this man. Maybe it’s time to close up shop if you don’t have patience to deal with customers.
Greg and Kanaes Jewelry and Art - Georgetown
Greg and Kanaes Jewelry and Art
Daniece Mulcahey: Greg and Kanaes Jewelry and Art is a great place to have jewelry repaired. My mom took in several pieces of costume jewelry that needed repair and Greg was able to fix them while we waited! He checked all the welds under his microscope to make sure that her jewelry was in good shape, and cleaned them as well. The store hours are by appointment only, assuring that the customer has Greg and Kanaes full attention while there. From the repair of sentimental costume jewelry to the design of high-end jewelry art, this store does it all! The store is a great addition to Georgetown and we will definitely be back.
Bodyartforms - Georgetown
Gaby Leija: They were absolutely amazing helping me out when I got a pair of glass stretching plugs stolen from my front door, re-sent me what I needed and they were so kind! I also love their half sizes in plugs. Have been loyal to this awesome company since I started my ear stretching journey and will keep doing so!
Leander Jewelry - Leander
Connie Bull: āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø A Dream Come True with Leander Jewelry I had been dreaming about a particular ring and mentioned one evening that I needed to find a jeweler who could bring it to life. That very night, as if by fate, I came across Leander Jewelry on Instagram. From the moment I reached out, I was met with warmth, compassion, and genuine excitement. Shadan, who helped me through the entire process, was incredibly personable and caring. He, his dad and his mom made the experience feel special from start to finish. He quickly sent my inspiration photo to their design team and kept me updated every step of the way with approvals and progress updates. When my ring arrived, it was even more beautiful than I had imagined. I’m beyond happy with it and truly grateful for the care and attention that went into making it. I have complete trust in Shadan and his family, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Leander Jewelry to anyone looking for a meaningful and personalized jewelry experience.
Ranch Road Jewelry - Cedar Park
Elizabeth Coffee: Highest quality of customer service. I brought in a Sterling bracelet with a broken hinge. Lisa collaborated with her team to offer some repair options that would keep it from breaking again. They think out of the box for you. This is a very special piece to me and they engraved the inside beautifully. Ranch Road is very personable and professional. I definitely recommend them!

Kristen Rutherford: Our town is so lucky to have a master goldsmith with a brick-and-mortar shop! Sometimes you can even see the namesake proprietor at work crafting new pieces through the window as you approach. I visited last week to have my wedding and engagement rings combined into one, and it was an easy process. Within 48 hours, I had my rings back and shining on my finger. Pleasant experience at a reasonable rate considering the level of expertise and convenience of location. My husband commented he wished we had known about this place before having purchased our wedding rings. It would have been very special to have gotten something so unique and local.
The Dainty Doe - Georgetown
Scott Tolar: This is the best Jewelry store in Central Texas. It’s like like Kendra Scott but with even more personality! Make sure you check it out, it’s my go to when I am In town on business trips to take back to my wife and daughter.
Smart Pawn & Jewelry - Georgetown
equal shares: I asked simple and peaceful questions, and the male employee first helping me never looked me in the eyes, disrespectfully dismissed and ignored my calm questions. He told me to go some else and to have a good day. I repliedā€ I’m having a great day actually, why are you ignoring my legitimate questions ā€œ? He was then even more rude so I told him I was going to record And he left sad I fast from that and then a different employee came to deal more rational and respectful. Introduced herself properly and negotiated respectfully. Not fair, but respectful. Because of the terms of the ownership she couldn’t give me a fair price for what was offered. Not even close. Off by atleast 230$ actually more like 300$ brand new Hilti 9.0 36volt battery alone over 400$ She offered 75) for what’s atleast 450$ worth of high quality tools. If you’re searching for anything I would not go to this pawn shop. Ever. Go to fb marketplace or any number of outlets. Veronica was great but her hands are tied by corporate. In her words. She apologized because she understood the depth of what was really happening.
