Im sure if Id been dressed in a suit and had a $300 Ryan from the Office haircut, she would have at least smiled. She kept using the word "recourse" which I dont even know the definition of. Needless to say, I will be back in the morning to speak with a branch manager and to speak my mind more calmly. This is banking discrimination because we do occasionally get in the red and Im being reprimanded .
