    Mica stevens: This has to the absolute unprofessional establishment I have ever been to. The employees are incredibly rude and spiteful. My first and last time I will use this bank. They treat you as if you are a waste of space. I went in to this place yesterday for one thing, it was supposed to be easy in and out. I greeted the lady at the counter and gave her the money and what I needed. I am a very anxious person so I am always kind so that nothing goes wrong… well this employee basically treated me as if I was ignorant. I had told her this was for my place of employment. So five minutes pass while standing there.. she and two other employees are talking to each other about me as if I am not there. Then when I asked what was going on because she had put the money back in front of me. She didnt have the courtesy of telling me what I needed to do so this man comes up and states they would not be helping me until they have an owner call them. So as confused as I was I went to my car and called my boss as they had REQUESTED I walk back in to give her my phone. SHE REFUSED to talk on the phone. Honestly she has the audacity to say I’m not speaking to her.. so while I’m on the phone with my boss we are so confused. Finally the man comes back out and states they HAD received a phone call and they can help me now… so I wait another 5 minutes standing at this lady’s counter when I finally ask so can I have it done? She looks at me and says I’m helping someone else you will just need to wait.. she had me standing there looking a damn idiot instead of informing what I needed to do. After that the lady next to us said she could help me. I will make sure everyone I know aware of this and I will tell my employer how they treat their customers. Oh and the one thing I needed was a damn CASHIER CHECK! Do better!

    Monica F: I recently opened an account at Southside Bank in Granbury. It was an amazing experience! Ashley Scruggs took great care of me! She was so friendly, respectful, kind and very knowledgeable! She answered all my questions and took care of everything. I am grateful. I also had a teller assist me, her name was Ashley. She was polite, helpful and took good care of me! She made sure that had signed up for a debit card, online banking, etc. I am impressed with Southside’s online banking and the app that they offer to their customers. Please consider making Southside Bank in Granbury your bank of choice!

    Jennifer Ost: We have had our small business at this location for a couple years and they are just the kindest, most helpful people! I do drive thru deposit most every Tues and they are always fast, friendly and give my puppy a treat! Yesterday I was having problems with their online banking and the nicest girl helped me and kept calling me back to let me know how much longer it might be till it was up and running. She was the best. I cant say enough about this small town bank location! Thank you for restoring my faith in customer service and humanity!

    April: Opened a business account at this location and then billed the customer using the online invoice banking. Funds are “frozen” by a third party vendor (BILL.COM). Funds are not available for work needing completed. This is impacting business and customer relations. The account has only been open a week and already have a case manager on this issue. Apparently it has been escalated but nobody can say why or when the funds will be released. Called vendor and they are overseas and hang up on you. A week later and we have no answers and no money to complete work needed. Online account login does not work either. Account will be closed and this institution will never be used again.

    Laila James: Don’t bank here unless you absolutely have to. They are dishonest and will rush to get you off the phone. The girls up there would rather gossip and look at their phones than help their customers, and that’s the truth. Everyone in office and over the phone seems to have a high horse attitude- terrible customer service, had weird charges on my account and when I called to ask they had no answer for me. Don’t bank here unless you want to have a headache with your money. Edit: you will also most likely have problems with their app. Can’t check my recent activity all of a sudden when it wasn’t a problem before, and the app is confusing.
