Regions Bank - Texas City Brian W: I go into this location to cash a check made by this bank from my insurance company. The check is in my business name, the lady went through all the processes of cashing my check including stamping the back of it. She then tells me sorry, I can’t cash the check because it’s in your business name.
I showed her my EIN paperwork, articles of incorporation, not to mention my name, and address is on the attachment of the check. She again stated that she cannot cash my check, I asked for a manager, and was told the same thing. I now have an endorsed, stamped check, that no one will cash.
I would advise anyone not to patronize this bank, as it appears that the people that work there are not trained properly!
